Devyn
Hospital Manager
Devyn is the Hospital Manager at Claremont Animal Hospital, bringing five years of experience in veterinary medicine and practice management. She oversees the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compassionate experience for both pets and clients.
Devyn graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2021. She previously worked as a lead veterinary technician and practice manager at a general practice in Florida before gaining experience in neurology at BluePearl. She is Fear Free Certified, and her long-term goal is to attend veterinary school.
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Devyn has always had a love for animals. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding with her dogs, and learning how to snowboard. At home, she has two Huskies, three cats, and a turtle.
A fun fact about Devyn is that she spent a summer as a foreign exchange student in Germany. While she loves cats and dogs, her favorite animals are deer.
Terra Martin, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Martin comes to us with her DVM from St George’s University Grenada, West Indies, and Louisana State University Baton Rouge, LA. She has spent years since then honing her skills and giving back to her community through Emergency Service In New York and Northern NH. She spent time in surgery assisting spay/neuter clinics in various states. One of her passions is assisting with the Feral Cat Project, and she also spent time in Grenada helping with the Ocean Spirits Leatherback Turtle Research Volunteer Program. Lucky for us, she settled in New Hampshire with her husband, son, and two cats. Dr. Martin has discovered her niche in caring for companion animals, and we are lucky to have her!
Kim O’Connor, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Kim O’Connor is a veterinarian at Claremont Animal Hospital and a valued member of our team. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2013 and has been practicing veterinary medicine for 12 years. Her areas of special interest include senior pet care and feline health.
Dr. O’Connor originally joined our team in 2024, took a brief break, and we are thrilled to welcome her back. Her childhood played a significant role in inspiring her to become a veterinarian. She grew up in a rural area of Buchanan, Georgia, where many pets were kept outdoors and did not receive regular veterinary care. As a child, she would do chores to earn money to take her neighbors’ pets to the veterinarian, an experience that showed her just how vital veterinarians are to their communities.
What Dr. O’Connor enjoys most about her work is interacting with both pets and the people who love them. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys reading and spending time playing with her children. At home, she has a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and five cats.
A surprising fact about Dr. O’Connor is that she previously conducted wildlife research and spent many months living in a tent. She also enjoys playing RPGs on Xbox. While she loves cats and dogs, her favorite animals are wolves. She prefers her coffee with lots of sugar (and a little coffee!) and her favorite movies include The Princess Bride and The Lord of the Rings.
Sarina Hinsley, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Sarina Hinsley is one of our incredible veterinarians at Claremont Animal Hospital. She graduated from Cornell University in 1999 and has been practicing veterinary medicine for 27 years. Her primary area of interest is medicine, and she brings a deep love of both animals and science to her work every day.
Although Dr. Hinsley has been part of our team for less than a year, she has already made a significant impact. She initially joined us as a relief veterinarian and soon increased her hours to become a part-time team member. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is working hands-on with animals and helping improve their health and well-being.
Dr. Hinsley grew up in upstate and central New York State. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and taking walks with her dogs. She has a full and lively household of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, sheep, chickens, and chinchillas. A fun and surprising fact about Dr. Hinsley is that she has been a vegetarian since 1982. In addition to cats and dogs, her favorite animal is a frog. She prefers coffee and lists A Separate Peace by John Knowles as her favorite book.
Terri

Terri has been working in veterinary medicine for 20 years, 19 of which have been spent right here at Claremont Animal Hospital. She brings a wealth of experience to our team and has completed additional training in both basic and advanced animal CPR, as well as Fear Free techniques to help ensure patients have a calmer, less stressful visit.
Terri’s areas of special interest include dentistry and large animal care. Becoming a veterinary technician was a long-time goal of hers, and she especially enjoys the fast-paced, multitasking nature of her role. If you have ever had a farm animal seen by our practice, there’s a good chance Terri may have shown up at your farm, sometimes even overnight, to help during an emergency.
Terri grew up in Surry, New Hampshire, and spents much of her free time outdoors. At home, she has a dog, a cat, and a horse. A fun fact about Terri is her love for metal detecting, history, and research. While she adores cats and dogs, her favorite animals are horses.

Rebecca, also known as Becky, has an incredible 45 years of experience in veterinary medicine and has been a dedicated member of the Claremont Animal Hospital team for 38 of those years. Her areas of special interest include client education and Fear Free handling, and she is deeply committed to helping pets feel comfortable while empowering clients with the knowledge to keep their animals healthy.
Becky’s passion for using medicine to promote lifelong health in animals inspired her to become a veterinary technician. She grew up in Newport, New Hampshire, and in her free time enjoys riding and driving her horses. At home, she shares her life with a Labrador Retriever, a cat, a Mini Horse, and a Tennessee Walking Horse.
A fun fact about Becky is that she owns a tack and feed store, Kelleyville Horse Supply. While she loves cats and dogs, her favorite animals are horses.
Steve
Technician

Working with animals has been a lifelong passion for Steve and inspired him to become a veterinary technician. What he enjoys most about his role is the balance between hands-on patient care, collaborating with his team, and working closely with our clients. Steve grew up in central New Jersey.
In his free time, Steve enjoys reading and spending time walking and playing with his Golden Retriever, Russ. A fun fact about Steve is that he is a former helicopter pilot. While he loves cats and dogs, his favorite animals are goats.
Julie

Julie has been an integral part of the Claremont Animal Hospital family for an incredible 46 years and has truly been part of our team “forever.” She has a special passion for client education and laboratory work, and her knowledge and dedication have made her a trusted resource for both clients and staff alike.
Julie grew up in Cavendish, Vermont, and brings her lifelong love of animals into everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and vacationing in foreign countries, skiing, and having fun wherever she goes. At home, Julie cares for many farm animals and is always interested in adding more to her growing menagerie. While she loves cats and dogs, her favorite animals are donkeys, though she has yet to own one herself.
Katie
Technician
Katie has worked in veterinary medicine for a little over five years, all of which have been spent right here at Claremont Animal Hospital. Her areas of special interest include laboratory work and animal care. Growing up on a farm sparked her interest in the field and inspired her desire to work closely with animals and help care for them.
What Katie enjoys most about her role is simply being around animals. A Claremont native, she grew up bringing her own pets to Claremont Animal Hospital with her parents, making it especially meaningful for her to now be part of our team.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys being outdoors and riding her horse. At home, she has three dogs, one horse, a sugar glider, and six chickens. A fun fact about Katie is that she originally went to college to work with teenagers, but quickly discovered she prefers animals over people. While she loves cats and dogs, her favorite animals are horses.
Jeanette
Receptionist / Technician
Jeanette has worked in veterinary medicine since 1989 and has been a dedicated member of the Claremont Animal Hospital team since 1990. She attended Becker College and brings decades of knowledge and experience to her role. Her areas of interest include client education, phlebotomy, inventory management, and laboratory work.
Jeanette was inspired to enter veterinary medicine after witnessing the recovery of an injured pet, an experience that sparked her passion for helping animals and the people who love them. What she enjoys most about her job is that every day is different, you never know what will walk through the door!
She grew up in southern Vermont and, in her spare time, enjoys gardening, growing houseplants, traveling with family, and spending time in nature. At home, Jeanette has one dog and two cats, and she previously owned two horses. A fun fact about Jeanette is that she sings when she’s happy. While she loves cats and dogs, her favorite animals are horses.

Eva’s area of expertise is fear-free handling, and she is especially passionate about helping pets feel safe and comfortable during their visits. What she enjoys most about her job is learning and growing in veterinary medicine alongside such a supportive and collaborative team.
A Claremont native, Eva grew up coming to Claremont Animal Hospital with her parents as a child, making it especially meaningful for her to now be part of the team. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her four dogs: two Boxers, a Great Pyrenees mix, and a Mini Aussie.
