Pet Bloodwork Packages

At Claremont Animal Hospital, we believe preventative testing is one of the most important ways to keep your pet healthy. Our bloodwork packages are designed to give a clear picture of your pet’s internal health and help us detect problems early, often before symptoms appear.

We offer three levels of testing for both dogs and cats at a discounted price. Each package builds on the previous one, providing more detailed screening and information about your pet’s health.

Early detection allows us to treat problems sooner, keep your pet feeling their best, and help them live a longer, healthier life.

Why Bloodwork Matters

Pets age faster than people, and many diseases develop silently without obvious symptoms. Routine bloodwork helps us:

✔ Detect illness earlier
✔ Monitor organ health
✔ Screen for parasites and tick-borne diseases
✔ Identify thyroid and heart conditions
✔ Establish a healthy baseline for your pet

If you’re unsure which package is right for your pet, our veterinary team is happy to help recommend the best option based on age, lifestyle, and medical history.

Additional Testing Available

The packages listed above are our most commonly recommended wellness bloodwork panels and are offered at a special bundled price for preventative screening. These packages allow us to test for many common health concerns at a discounted rate compared to running each test individually. In addition to these packages, Claremont Animal Hospital offers hundreds of additional diagnostic tests and specialized bloodwork options that can be recommended if your pet has specific symptoms, ongoing medical conditions, or needs more advanced testing.

In-Hospital 4DX Testing

For younger pets who may not need a full bloodwork panel yet, we also offer the 4DX SNAP test, a quick in-hospital screening test performed with a small blood sample. This test screens for heartworm disease and three common tick-borne illnesses: Lyme disease, Anaplasma, and Ehrlichia. Results are available in just a few minutes during your pet’s appointment. Unlike the 4DX test included in our comprehensive bloodwork packages, this version does not include the Lyme C6 test, which means it cannot determine whether a Lyme infection is recent or from past exposure. This test is commonly recommended as a routine annual screening for young, healthy dogs.
